- Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly targets
- Basic working process: data analysis-> identify problem-> build up improvement plan-> propose to client-> close the deal-> executing plan->data analysis->identify problem->…
- Negotiating with the client to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our creator, and for our company
- Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the publisher management team, Finance team, technical team, and Marketing team)
- Maintaining relationships with clients, aiming to improve ad campaign performance.
2.Requirements
- Good communication, sales, negotiation, and operational skills
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
- At least 1 year of experience in the Digital Marketing Industry, Creator/KOC knowledge is preferred.
- Good marketing mindset; basic awareness of commercials.
- Positive attitude, fast learner
- High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
- High-pressure capability, quickly grasping the problem, and solving the problem effectively.
- Good English is a special advantage
3.Benefit
- Monthly income: salary 12 – 15M (+Incentive), total income up to 1000$
